2. Client`s consulting on the product, conducting presentations, promoting the Company's own projects (residential / commercial real estate), information support about obtaining residence permits and EU citizenship.
3. The presentation of property on the islands of ABC (Carribean Sea), personal support of transactions abroad. Organization of concierge service and study tours. Property management.
4. Development of marketing concept, market research, budgeting, media planning - with the subsequent implementation of full-cycle projects, the organization of MICE activities working with outsourcers & freelancers. Entering new areas of work (new islands).
5. Digital marketing.
6. Development of a partner network in the territory of the Russian Federation and the CIS.
7. HR recruitmrent & training.
Achievements:
1. Launch of two new business branches - the neighboring Dutch islands of Curacao and Bonaire, the extension of real estate portfolio. Entering new add-on services and establishing partnership relations. Before my arrival, the company was engaged in one direction - about Aruba.
2. A new business strategy was developed, new methods of sales and customer service were introduced. The total volume of deals during 2 years - 5 000 000 dollars (12 transactions).

From 2001 to 2013, I held the sales positions in different markets - from level of a sales representative, the chief of dealer project in factory to the head of the regional office in Ural region ( in the following companies: Wimm-Bill-Dann, Laverna, Maxlevel, TM Commandor, T-Plast, Rosstyle, BBR-Russland. I successfully worked in start-up business, created a direction turn-key with all business processes, managed and developed a dealer project, etc. I`ve got many significant achievements - from the largest transaction in the history of the company, to the only successful division in the trading network. I have experience in marketing activities - research, reports, "secret buyer", sociological surveys, organization of events. Management skills ( deparment of 5 people in Maxlevel & etc).
