Territory sales manager

The main tasks:
1. Distributors:
• Audit of existing pool of distributors.
• Optimization of Distributors’ portfolio (from 50 to 15, staff - from 150 to 70 contacts), which have led to an increase of channel efficiency on 30%.
• Sign the contracts with distributors and coordination of all corporate procedures.
• Management of the development and conduct of promotions. Organization and control of work distributors Brand Managers.
• Building effective partnerships with distributors LPR.
• Processes optimization SIOP (inventory, logistics).
2. Key Accounts:
• Manage a team of Territory sales managers Honeywell as part of working with Key End Users.
• Full Key Accounts management.
• Work with the tender documentations.
• Sales growth in the territory entrusted to me. Focus on large industrial enterprises (Sibur, Rosneft, Gazprom).
3. Territory:
• Increase brand awareness through promotions, work with Customer LRP, building effective work with distributors.
• Development of sales from scratch on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. Search for distributors, search for End Users, tender’s participation.
• Preparation and holding of professional exhibitions and conferences.

Achievements:
• Entered the top 50 best Territory Sales Managers of Industrial Safety division of Honeywell in the world in 2018.
• Annual Operation Plan of my distributors was overachieved on 2018 (136% vs target).
• Expanded Honeywell product range in distributors’ ranges from 100 SKU to 200 SKU.
• Developed a new sales channel – pharmacies, by attracting new distributors.
• Implemented from the scratch in conjunction with a distributor the one of the fastest and the biggest deal in the division. Project started November 2017. – implementation July 2018. Volume of $ 650 000.
• Implemented from scratch a project of reusable respiratory for the new customer - JSC "TANECO».
• Won a number of major tenders (Rosneft- the range expanded, SIBUR- from the scratch).
• A constant Sales Growth on 50-70 % in the entrusted territory of the Central Federal district and the southern Federal district of Russia for the entire time.
• Entering the market of the Republic of Belarus in 2017 - signed contracts with 5 distributors, providing sales to large industrial enterprises.

Achievements:
• Increased sales by 25% in 2012 vs 2011 through distributors.
• Implemented of motivational program for the key distributors, due to this sales figures increased two times 2012 vs 2011.
• First order on the Automobile plant GAZ in March 2013 - 12 million ₽. Started working in September 2012.
